Terms of Service


These Terms of Use ("Terms") are entered into by and between Toaga Dev Works Inc. ("Toaga") and the entity or person accessing any Services ("Customer" or "you").

 

The purpose of these Terms is to introduce the basic terms and conditions of our services offered through our website, GetInTouchOnline.com ("GITO"). GITO is a service used by serviced-based franchise companies to integrate with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (also built by Toaga), to communicate with their customers. GITO is used primarily to communicate with active customers, and faciliates invoicing, account statments, and service pre-notifications to let customers know when a technician will be visiting their property. As well, GITO is used to send marketing materials to prospects that have explicitly requested them ("opted-in") through a franchisee's website or other permission-based marketing efforts.

BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OR ACCESSING OR USING ANY GETINTOUCHONLINE.COM SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED OR REFERENCED TO IN THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.


Acceptance Of Terms

 

To use our service, our customers must:

  • Provide accurate contact and billing information
  • Agree with these Terms, and our Email Policy (which enforces a strict Anti-Spam policy)
  • All our customers must use Toaga's CRM software, and own and operate one of the following North American franchises:
    • Weed Man Lawn Care (https://www.weedman.com)
    • Mosquito Hero (https://www.mosquitohero.com)
    • Turfbot Mowing (https://www.turfbotmowing.com)
    • Our email services are not available to the General Public.

Email & Anti-Spam Policy


General Rules:

 

  • Under no circumstances is unsolicited email ("spam") tolerated. All CAN-SPAM regulations must be adhered to at all times.
  • Use of our service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Abusive or offensive language is not permitted.
  • Sexually suggestive or pornographic content is not permitted.
  • You are not allowed to impersonate another entity or person, or misrepresent an affiliation with a 3rd party, or mislead us or your mail recipients as to your identity.
  • If you violate any of these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without warning.
  • All email lists are permission based.
  • For marketing campaigns, GITO automatically suppresses the queuing of emails to recipients who have previously unsubscribed. This happens immediately. Campaigns that pertain to active customer orders (invoices, account statements, new order confirmation, and collections, or in scenarios where a customer asks to be notified of a service visit to their property) may circumvent the unsubscribe list if configured to do so. Abuse of this configuration will not be tolerated, i.e. if you configure a marketing campaign as if it were related to an active customer's account, we may terminate your GITO subscription without warning.
